Brown ruffle bottom bloomer and headband

Available in either Brown or Ivory. Our bloomers have layer of fluffy chiffon ruffles on the back. Bloomers are super soft and stretchy and available in sizes Newborn to 3T.

The matching headband is embellished with two 2.5" shabby chiffon flowers and a 2" ivory tulle flower with rhinestone and pearls. Our headbands are custom made to your size request and felt backed for your little love's comfort. Please leave desired size in order comments.

All sizes are an average and if you would like a custom fit, please measure around the head and subtract 1" from the measurement. You can also choose an alligator clip if you do not want a headband.
